The Hani Saliba Talent Hub was created to
provide a stable and reliable platform and space for talented minds looking for
job opportunities in various fields and industries. The hub’s main goal is to
create a safe, reliable and efficient platform not only for individuals looking
for a job but also for businesses looking to fill a position or outsource a
project with a qualified candidate as well.
Additionally, this initiative also
provides support for young talents with great ideas
for innovative start-ups. Whether it be programming, web development, graphic
design, coding, etc., by becoming a part of the Talent Hub, any qualified
individual can benefit from the physical resources and marketing connections of
the Foundation.
HSFTH can benefit talents and tech start-ups in two
ways:
SECURE WORK FOR
TALENTS
Whenever a project or a post
is required by a company or client in the HSFTH network, an HSF “Talent” will
be assigned to them.
The Talent Hub will also:
- Liaise with the client and the Talent
- Organise, follow up and collect the payment for the Talent from the client
- Follow up the work for the client
- Pay the Talent as soon as the work is done and approved
PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR
START-UPS
The HSF Talent Hub will also offer consultations
and resource support for start-ups or business-minded individuals or groups
who have great ideas but don't have the money or the know-how to
follow through with their dreams. Talent Hub experts will provide these
start-ups with guidance for anything from legal advice to financial support
from suitable partners.
